Last updated: April 2026
1. Our Commitment
PassTheBot is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards, including:
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA
- European Accessibility Act (EAA) requirements
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III guidelines
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (U.S.)
2. Conformance Status
PassTheBot is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
We are actively working to address known issues and achieve full conformance. Our target is to achieve full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance by Q4 2026.
3. Accessibility Measures
We take the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Include accessibility as part of our mission statement
- Include accessibility throughout our internal policies
- Provide continual accessibility training for our development team
- Assign clear accessibility goals and responsibilities
- Employ formal accessibility quality assurance methods, including:
- Automated testing using axe DevTools and Lighthouse
- Manual keyboard navigation testing
- Screen reader testing with NVDA and VoiceOver
- User testing with people who use assistive technologies
4. Known Issues
The following known accessibility issues are being addressed:
- Color contrast: Some text elements in dark mode may not meet the 4.5:1 minimum contrast ratio. We are auditing and correcting these.
- Focus indicators: Some interactive elements may not have clearly visible focus indicators in all states. We are enhancing focus styles.
- Form labels: Some form inputs rely on placeholder text rather than visible labels. We are adding proper label associations.
- ARIA landmarks: Some page regions may not have proper ARIA landmark roles. We are adding these systematically.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier not listed here, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
5. Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of PassTheBot. Please contact us if you:
